Your mission: drive customer acquisition and portfolio growth while providing tailored, high-value technical solutions to our clients.

This position is ideal for a candidate with mid-level experience who is ready to take on greater responsibility and grow into a leadership role.

 

Your Role

As Sales Manager, you will:

  • Develop and expand our customer portfolio in the Benelux and France, focusing on the electrical renovation and automation of metal production lines.
  • Take charge of identifying client needs, proposing innovative solutions, and negotiating contracts to achieve maximum outcomes.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers as a trusted advisor.
  • Travel regularly to meet clients and develop in-depth market knowledge.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure excellent service and follow up on proposals.

 

What You Bring

We are looking for a professional who combines technical expertise with commercial acumen.

  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, or equivalent experience in an industrial sector.
  • Skills:
    • Strong commercial drive, results-oriented mindset, and entrepreneurial spirit.
    • Experience with complex technical solutions and out-of-the-box problem-solving.
    • Affinity for PLC and drive technology is a plus.
    • Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch or French is advantageous.
  • Attributes:
    • Self-organization and responsibility are second nature.
    • Service-mindedness and perseverance in delivering results.
