Title:  HR Manager / Senior HR Business Partner

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager / Senior HR Business Partner to join our dedicated HR team based in our Sheffield Office. 
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation and serve as a trusted advisor. This role presents a unique opportunity to lead the HR operations team along alongside initiatives that drive organizational change and enhance our employee experience in a business unit.

Working hours between 30 – 37 per week (open to flexible working) with 3 days per week in the office required. This is initially a 12 month fixed term contract.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and develop an operational team of 2 HR advisors and 2 HR assistants fostering a high-performance culture.
• Partner with a business unit leader (c60 employees) to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support growth and innovation.
• Build a deep understanding of our culture and ways of working to enhance employee engagement
• Implement and continuously improve HR programs, policies, procedures and systems.
• Collaborate with the Head of HR and Senior HR business partner on employee experience, talent management, organisational development, compensation & benefits and workforce planning.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience managing a HR team through the full employee lifecycle
• Proven ability to drive change and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors would be highly advantageous
• Working in a fast paced and results driven department
