We are looking to hire for the position of Manufacturing Supervisor/Manager at the Warren, OH Facility. This person will be responsible for the Bay 2 – Chock Programs, HAGC, Trucking and Scheduling:

• Manage and direct a technical assembly group for customer-owned equipment
• Manage the quality of the department
• Manage Chock programs, cylinder repairs, assembly
• Works closely with sales team in managing customers
• Manages trucking and schedules
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Education/Experience/Skills/Knowledge

• 2 to 5 years of supervisory experience required
• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in a job shop or machine shop environment required
• Excellent communication skills.
• Problem Solving/Analysis; Decision Making; Collaboration Skills required
• SAP familiarity required
