We are looking to hire for the position of Supply Chain / Logistics Supervisor at the Warren, OH Facility. The Supply Chain / Logistics Supervisor will be responsible for the Morgoil Supply Chain.

• Manage and direct shipping, receiving, inventory, and purchasing staff
• Coordinate with quality, production, sales, and finance to achieve goals
• Monitor KPIs to determine areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement projects within the department
• Ensure regulatory compliance for import/export activities
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management

Education/Experience/Skills/Knowledge

• 5-8 years of experience in a related industry
• 5-8 years of experience in leading a team
• Experience in a job shop or machine shop environment required
• Excellent communication skills.
• Problem Solving/Analysis; Decision Making; Collaboration Skills required
• Demonstrates leadership qualities through interactions with direct reports and management personnel
• SAP familiarity required
