MHIRJ is seeking a USM Program Manager who is smart, curious and loves the challenge of solving problems that improve people’s lives.  You’ll collaborate with a fun and close-knit agile team.

 

In your role, you will:

  • Take our Used Serviceable Material ‘USM’ Program to the next level. Expand upon the existing Component Exchange and Outright Sale offering. Develop and and introduce a Component PBH Program. The overall objective is to contribute to MHIRJ Aftermarket team’s financial success as well as to satisfy our customers by providing the appropriate support.
  • Create Customized PBH Proposals for prospective Customers which ensure profitability for the MHIRJ Aftermarket organization.
  • Work closely with Finance and Contracts Departments.
  • Build profitable (“Win-Win”) long-term relationships with new and existing USM customers. Leverage these relationships to increase market share and profitability.
  • Develop and be accountable for annual USM sales budget and monthly forecasts.
  • Support and participate in all MHIRJ Aftermarket business governance activities such as Strategic Planning targeted at ensuring long term growth of our business. 

 

Qualifications

 

As our ideal candidate, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing combined with at least five (5) years of experience in an aerospace related sales or marketing position.

  • You have previous experience in the management of USM type programs.  
  • You have the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams to meet timeline and specific departmental targets.
  • You possess comprehensive knowledge of the operation or maintenance of an aircraft in a commercial airline type environment.
  • You possess the ability to deal with all levels of management, both internally and with customers, and be able to demonstrate the knowledge of internal workings / departments within MHIRJ.
  • You have the Computer skills necessary to operate word processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation, inventory management, and web-based applications.
  • You are willing and able to do extensive travel as required.
  • You are knowledgeable of overall Company policies, systems and procedures
  • Bilingualism is considered as asset.
  • You’re a results oriented ‘can-do’ type candidate.
