SCOPE:
Through the years and continuing through today, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries America Corrugating Machinery Division (CMD) serves the growing, dynamic packaging industry with leading edge equipment systems, sales, parts, technical and field support, making it one of the most respected suppliers to converters in North and Central America.
The Parts & Rebuild Project Coordinator provides essential support to the Parts & Rebuild team by managing project workflows with customers. This role is responsible for coordinating job scheduling, logistical support, and daily service requests across various departments to ensure efficient project execution.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced enviornment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer and technician inquiries regarding replacement parts for corrugated equipment.
- Oversee contract management by scheduling and recording activities in SAP and other tracking systems in a timely manner. Manage open orders.
- Verify weekly contract jobs with each plant Point of Contact (POC), address any issues, and confirm rebuilds or service jobs with customers.
- Forecast required rebuilds for installed machinery.
- Maintain and update the Rebuild Quote Log to ensure accurate historical and current data tracking.
- Routinely update and monitor project logs to meet delivery timelines and track service requests.
- Research parts manuals and databases to identify parts and check stock in the inventory system. Inform customers of pricing and availability.
- Coordinate with the Purchasing department to confirm parts availability and status for scheduled projects, adjusting timelines as necessary.
- Build Bills of Materials (BOMs) based on customer needs.
- Serve as a liaison with the Warehouse department to confirm the status of outbound projects to customers.
- Communicate job assignments and updates to Customer Service Engineers (CSEs) and other relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Education Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Any special skills/training/certifications:
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced enviornment with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to other software as needed.
- Experience with SAP or similar enterprise software is strongly preferred
- Prio experience in an engineering or manufacturing enviornment preferred
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Travel: Up to 5%
- Standard Monday through Friday work week. Weekend/late night work when applicable.
- Lifting/physical requirements: Regularly required to sit for long periods, stand, walk, talk and/or hear. Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

- The pay range for this position is $32.41 to $37.93 per hour. The actual wage offered depends on budget, candidate experience, knowledge, and qualifications.
