Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. in Lake Mary, FL is looking for Asset & IT Documentation Analyst I.

 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members at all levels in the organization.
  • Support the asset, procurement, and inventory management programs.
  • Consistently, partner with MHIA asset team members to ensure alignment.
  • Assist with maintaining the Asset repository including policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Assists with the software and hardware asset lifecycle from acquisition to disposal.
  • Accurately record, update and document requests utilizing the service desk software.
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, with intermediate communication skills and demonstrated ability to foster teamwork.
  • Identifying and interfacing with all key stakeholders.
  • Define, Stage, Analyze and Report on business relevant asset data, identifies trends/risks and proposes mitigation opportunities.
  • Ability to create documentation such as, but not limited to: SOPs, How To’s and Process Training, etc.
  • Contribute to building a positive team spirit and ONETEAM culture while embodying the Team Values daily.
  • Protect confidential information by not communicating, disclosing to, or using for benefit of third parties.
  • Available for after-hours, on-call rotation as scheduled.
  • Perform other related duties, as directed by IT Leadership team.

Knowledge, Skills, & Education

 

  • Education and/or Experience:  Bachelor’s degree (BS) from four-year college or university; in a filed related to technology, such as Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, Software Engineering or Cyber Security. At least two (2) years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Includes progressive IT experience.
  • Any Special Skills/Training/Certifications:
  • High attention to detail to maintain asset control and follow IT Procurement Standard processes.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint) is required.
  • Novice knowledge of Visio is preferred, for documentation process writing.
  • Foundational knowledge of vendor management to facilitate and grow existing partnerships.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and highly developed interpersonal skills. Ability to write business correspondence, present information, and respond to questions from stakeholders.
  • Reasoning Ability:  Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
