Role Overview
The Onboarding & Recruitment Coordinator supports the delivery and execution of the organization’s onboarding experience, with primary responsibility for coordinating and leading biweekly New Hire Orientation (NHO) sessions. This role flexes between session leadership and execution support, ensuring onboarding processes are consistent, compliant, and well-coordinated.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrates our core competencies: Action oriented, change champion, customer-focused, developing self & others, and ownership
- Lead coordination and execution of biweekly New Hire Orientation sessions
- Manage planning timelines, logistics, and presenter readiness for NHO
- Coordinate orientation materials, rooms, technology, and participant logistics
- Serve as point of contact during sessions to resolve issues and ensure smooth delivery
- Collect and summarize feedback following NHO sessions
- Support onboarding administrative processes including I-9s, background checks, and documentation
- Maintain employee records in compliance with company policies and regulations
- Enter and manage data in SuccessFactors and UKG Pro systems
- Coordinate onboarding readiness with IT, Facilities, and hiring teams
- Support recruitment coordination including interview scheduling and candidate communication
- Assist with onboarding materials, swag inventory, and event logistics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, onboarding, or recruiting coordination
- Experience with SuccessFactors and UKG Pro preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
