Role Overview
The Oracle Application Analyst will be responsible for the administration, configuration, maintenance, and support of Oracle applications. This role requires a deep understanding of project management processes, strong technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure the effective use of Oracle Unifier and P6 applications within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrates our core competencies: Action oriented, change champion, customer-focused, developing self & others, and ownership
- Manage day-to-day operations of Oracle Unifier and P6 applications.
- Configure business processes within Oracle Unifier to meet organizational requirements.
- Customize forms, workflows, reports, dashboards and other components based on user needs.
- Design and develop Unifier functionality (BPs, modules, reports), BI Publisher and Primavera Analytics Reports.
- Provide technical support to end-users by resolving application related issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct training sessions for new users and create user manuals/documentation as needed.
- Act as a liaison between end-users and technical teams to facilitate communication regarding system enhancements or issues.
- Manage quarterly Primavera upgrades and perform regression testing.
- Stay updated with the latest features and best practices related to Oracle products.
- Work with Unifier Support Team and manage Oracle Service Requests.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements within the application environments.
- Contribute to building a positive team spirit and ONETEAM culture while embodying the Team Values daily.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by IT leadership team.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices and participating in professional societies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience with Primavera Unifier, Primavera P6, and Primavera Analytics.
- 5+ years of experience leading people and processes within cross‑functional teams (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of project management across all phases, including proficiency with modern project management tools and understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Deep expertise in Primavera Unifier and Oracle Integration Cloud, including application architecture and component design.
- Strong understanding of IT process types, with the ability to translate functional workflows into technical processes.
- Integration expertise, including module integration within applications and communicating requirements for external system integrations.
- Working knowledge of SQL, including the ability to write SQL views.
- Experience with Oracle BI tools (BIP, OBIEE), including report and dashboard development.
- Flexibility to support occasional weekend or late‑night work, as required.
