Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. is looking for a Project Support Management Associate in Lake Mary, Florida

SUMMARY

PSM (Technical Support Engineer) associate is expected to assist work for PSM technical disciplines related to construction and commissioning process, and generation of Standard Operational Procedures “SOP’ under the supervision of PSM Members. As PSM Intern It will be assign to support PSM progresses and generated the appropriate reports under the direction and supervision of PSM senior members. As PSM Intern progress through technical career path, the Intern will increase his knowledge in erection and commissioning activities. Employees are required to take direction and guidance from the PSM senior members. Additionally, employees are required to have general knowledge of engineering discipline.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and meetings, including scheduling, room setup, and equipment preparation. 
  • Create and update training materials, such as participant guides, job aids, and multimedia resources. 
  • Design visuals and presentations to support team explanations of programs and initiatives. 
  • Manage high-volume correspondence (emails, chat, phone) across all levels of the organization with the highest degree of integrity, accuracy, timeliness, and empathy.
  • Protect confidential and private employee information by not communicating or disclosing it.
  • Design engaging training programs using a variety of instructional techniques, including classroom instruction, e-learning modules, and multimedia presentations.
  • Conduct evaluations to assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

 

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Personnel will report to the Mitsubishi Power Lake Mary HQ.
  • Able to work collaboratively with teammates. At times, able to work productively with minimal supervision.
  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.

  • Communicate effectively with team members and management at all levels.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EDUCATION

 

      • Education and/or Experience: This position requires being enrolled in a college or university program in Mechanical Engineer, other degrees may be considered based on their experience and background.
      • Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, engineering drawings and international engineering standards. Ability to write reports, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers. Bilingual English / Spanish will be a plus.
      • Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions and diagrams.
      • Computer Skills: Strong knowledge of database software; training software; project management software; spreadsheet software and word processing software.  Advanced knowledge of Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, PowerBi, Visio and Project) is a plus.
