MHICA's technicians build and join wing assemblies and fuselage sections, as well as perform systems and flight control assembly installations and testing.

 

Scope of Position

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented FP&A Finance Manager to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis to support key business decisions and strategic initiatives. This role will work closely with Senior and Executive Leadership to drive financial performance, optimize costs, and enhance profitability.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
  • Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decision-making.
  • Build and analyze key financial and operational metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key performance trends and variances.
  • Partner with Finance Business Partners and department heads to develop budgets, track performance, and identify areas for cost optimization.
  • Support the development of financial presentations and reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate financial risks, opportunities, and investment decisions to drive business growth.
  • Implement and enhance FP&A tools and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Build business cases for new initiatives and collaborate with the Business Development Team to support strategic growth opportunities involving multi-departmental groups both locally and internationally.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to support investment and expansion decisions.
  • Working closely with the CEO and CFO of the Company.

 

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related finance roles.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of financial drivers and market dynamics.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Experience working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a multinational company or corporate finance environment.
  • Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and other financial reporting standards.
