Our Technical Help Desk team is seeking for an Mobile Repair Team (MRT) - Project Manager

 

In your role, you will:

 

  • Oversee short- & long-term Aircraft Structural project
  • Create and communicate performance measurement reports related to MRT planning activities
  • Lead an onsite team of MHIRJ and Contractual workforce in close liaison with MHIRJ headquarter.
  • Answer technical queries from airline operators by bringing tailored solutions
  • Assess and investigate service difficulties and contribute in providing long term solutions
  • Build relationships with key decision makers and influencers among our airline customers
  • Promote MHIRJ products and services in order to contribute overall profitability
  • Built an effective working relationship with functional departments across MHIRJ in order to provide the best possible service for the airline customers

 

As our ideal candidate:

 

  • You are a FAA-certificated Aviation Maintenance Technician (AMT) A&P licensed (preferably)
  • You have 10 years of experience working with an Airline or MRO organization on the CRJ products
  • Knowledge of the manufacturing process of the CRJ
  • You must be a team player showing initiative, have a strong sense of responsibility and possess good technical and commercial judgment
  • You are willing to travel on short notice up to 75% of your working time
  • You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build and foster positive relationship, being able to communicate effectively at all levels with demonstrated tact and diplomacy.
  • Must be capable of working under pressure, be attentive to details, have good planning skills and be fully committed to accomplishing work on time and on schedule.
  • You are self-motivated, able to work independently, prioritize tasks, manage multiple time sensitive initiatives simultaneously
  • Have a valid work visa in the US or are a US citizen
