- Must be currently enrolled in bachelor’s program in Industrial engineering, Data Science, computer engineering, Business or related from a four-year College or University. Students approaching end of their sophomore year preferred.
- Work Schedule: During School students can work a max of 28 hours a week during business hours and During school Breaks can work up to 40 hours a week as needed. (We will work around your school schedule).
- Length of Internship: 1 ½ to 2 years and could extend longer OR turn into a full-time position with approved headcount.
- Target start date is April 13 or 27, 2026. Must be able to work over the Summer.
Role Overview
Support the Customer Excellence department to translate customer insights into actionable business strategies. This position requires strong data mining/investigating, excellent customer and project management skills with an emphasis on aligning data and insights for the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Work to evaluate and streamline data for the Customer Excellence team, update and maintain customer records in CRM, Power BI, distribution lists, the customer portal and other tools and databases.
- Utilize computer, multimedia applications to improve overall customer digital experience including communication, administration access, and content for the user group and customer portal designed to give customers access to services and information they require.
- Organize and mine data to support publication of a monthly/quarterly user’s group or customer portal report.
- Engages cross-functionally with internal teams and Japan headquarters to consolidate data, addressing customers’ priorities and feedback, market dynamics, and internal business unit needs.
- Support monthly webinars and reporting after each event.
- Perform other such duties as may be required.

Requirements
- Education and/or Experience: Must be currently enrolled in bachelor’s program in Industrial engineering, Data Science, computer engineering or Business from a four-year College or University. Students approaching end of their sophomore year preferred.
- Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and other team members.
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform necessary calculations to satisfy job requirements.
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to make judgment decisions based on specifications or technical requirements.
- Computer Skills: Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of databases, spreadsheets, and word processing software, electronic mail, statistical software, graphics, technical diagrams, flow charts, etc. AI and programming experience a plus.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis and must not require employer immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.
