Support Financial Analyst II – Long Term Service Agreement in all accounting and project accounting topics by collecting and analyzing financial information for assigned accounts of internal and external customers, products, and product lines within all LTSA business units in order to track the organization's progress against financial goals. Reports current or expected financial performance and creates financial models to guide decision making. Analyzes cash flow, expenditures, revenue, depreciation, and investments to make recommendations for action and/or modifications regarding financial procedures, plans, and controls. Assists in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, or annual financial statements for LTSA (Long Term Services Agreements) business divisions including Mexico and Latin America contracts.



· Perform operational and financial analysis to aid in the managerial decision-making process utilizing innovative approaches to analyze, accumulate and summarize information.

· Assist Finance lead in LTSA business divisions financial planning to support PGS long term planning process.

· Assist in identifying, analyzing and monitoring financial and operational risks of LTSA portfolio, focusing on LTSA business divisions financial forecast, cash flow, LD’s and other risk metrics.

· Support LTSA business divisions reporting, analysis, and process control. This includes maintaining individual LTSA business divisions project models, assist in quarterly project reviews, ensure accurate POC calculations and provide management with LTSA business divisions specific reports. (Month-end reconciliation & flux analysis, forecasting, Mitsubishi Power Americas Inc. reports, internal/external audit schedules, and support ad hoc requests)

· Track and report out LTSA business divisions warranty and Parts Risk Management.

· Support internal/external audit requests. Provide in a timely manner, reports, documents, and supporting schedules as requested.

· Support management in the development of budgets and forecasts.

· Perform other such duties as may be required.

· Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration and at least four (4) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.

· Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

· Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

· Computer Skills: Knowledge of ERP systems, and accounting, database, manufacturing, project management, spreadsheet, word processing and email software.
