The Organizational Excellence Associate is responsible for supporting the Organizational Excellence team in all activities related to people development programs including new hire sessions, leadership training, internship program, and any other training initiatives for Power Generation Services (PGS) team members.   
 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES<span 134245418="" data-ccp-props="{"> 

 

  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and meetings, including scheduling, room setup, and equipment preparation. 
  • Maintain training records in Vairkko LMS with careful attention to detailed accuracy. 
  • Update Organizational Excellence team SharePoint pages to maintain resource accuracy. 
  • Create and update training materials, such as participant guides, job aids, and multimedia resources.  
  • Design visuals and presentations to support team explanations of programs and initiatives.  
  • Manage high-volume correspondence (emails, chat, phone) across all levels of the organization with the highest degree of integrity, accuracy, timeliness, and empathy. 
  • Protect confidential and private employee information by not communicating or disclosing it.  
  • Design engaging training programs using a variety of instructional techniques, including classroom instruction, e-learning modules, and multimedia presentations.  
  • Conduct evaluations to assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement. 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

  • Personnel will report to the Orlando Service Center when not traveling to support offsite initiatives.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EDUCATION<span 134245418="" data-ccp-props="{"> 

 

  • Education and/or Experience: This position requires being enrolled in a college or university program in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Psychology, or Business Administration preferer, other degrees may be considered based on their experience and background. 
  • Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulationsAbility to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manualsAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. 
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometryAbility to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. 
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. 
  • Computer Skills: Strong knowledge of database software; training software; project management software; spreadsheet software and word processing softwareAdvanced knowledge of Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, PowerBi, Visio and Project) is a plus.
