Role Overview
The PGS Transformation Associate supports Power Generation Services (PGS) continuous improvement and transformation initiatives. This role performs data analysis, process mapping, documentation, and training material development to support operational efficiency and project execution while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrates our core competencies: Action oriented, change champion, customer-focused, developing self & others, and ownership
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, process mapping, and optimization activities.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and user training materials to support new and improved processes.
- Participate in project activities including user acceptance testing, data collection, migration, and simplification efforts.
- Support process definition, root cause analysis, and optimization for cost models, serialized parts operations, and tooling processes.
- Collaborate with team leaders and stakeholders to support timely delivery of PGS transformation project commitments.
- Perform other such duties as may be required.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a college undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in technical discipline Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field programs at a four-year college or university.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop documentation and present information effectively.
- Ability to analyze data, perform basic mathematical calculations, and apply problem‑solving techniques.
- Effective organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a project environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and electronic mail.
- Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and organizational skills.
