Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. in Orlando,Florida is seeking a Portfolio Analyst.


SUMMARY

The Portfolio Analyst provides critical financial and commercial support to the Operations team for the management and planning of Gas Turbine Long Term Service Agreements (LTSAs). This position reports to the Portfolio Risk Manager and plays a key role in optimizing parts planning, supporting cost analysis, and contributing to long-term operational excellence.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and optimize parts rotation planning within LTSA financial models.

  • Lead LTSA parts rotation reviews (quarterly and/or post-outage) and update financial models to support planning.

  • Communicate SAP demand changes to parts planning teams and validate parts configuration with Engineering and Operations.

  • Support cost and productivity updates within financial models.

  • Assist with rollout of modeling software (data migration, testing, training, documentation).

  • Analyze data to optimize parts usage across LTSA contracts.

  • Support special projects related to LTSA operational model analysis.

  • Assist with creation and conversion of LTSA project financial models.

  • Generate SAP demand for new parts orders and communicate updates.

  • Collaborate with commercial sales teams to analyze scope revisions within LTSA contracts.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EDUCATION

  • Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (minimum of 5 years).

  • Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret general business and financial statements. Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with stakeholders.

  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate rate, ratio, and percentages and interpret data using graphs and charts.

  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems in fast-paced, variable environments.

  • Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP, and basic databases. Experience with business reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, and hear. Occasionally required to stand or walk. The role may occasionally involve lifting or moving objects up to 10 pounds. Work is typically performed in a quiet office setting. Hearing protection may be required in specific areas.
