Role Overview

We are seeking a FP&A Manager who will play a critical leadership role within the PGS Finance organization, driving financial strategy, planning, and analysis to support the business's growth and operational goals. Based in Orlando, FL, this position will serve as a trusted advisor to senior management by delivering actionable financial insights, overseeing the Planning and Forecasting processes, and fostering cross-functional collaboration across the PGS product lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Business Partnership: Cultivate strong relationships with operations leaders to deeply understand operational performance, forecasts, and financial results, providing management with key insights and actionable recommendations. Monitor and report out risks & opportunities
  • Financial Planning Leadership: Lead the annual budgeting and long-range financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with the PGS strategic objectives.
  • Financial Reporting Excellence: Oversee the preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior leadership ensuring accuracy and relevance. Responsible for maintaining & reporting in OneStream. Responsible for Americas consolidation. Enhance and develop PGS reporting to support PGS business.
  • Operational Performance Analysis: Enhance the framework for monitoring and measuring operational and strategic performance, driving process improvements, and supporting initiatives in data transformation, automation, and visualization.
  • Key Metrics Management: Develop and maintain monthly performance indicators, analyze variances, and provide senior management with insights via dashboards and key performance indicator (KPI) reports.
  • Executive Communication: Prepare and present high-impact presentations for senior executives, offering insightful analysis, framing key decisions, and identifying critical action items.
  • Transformation Initiatives: Drive the identification and tracking of productivity metrics and initiatives, delivering timely updates to stakeholders.
  • FP&A Manager will report to the VP & CFO PGS and will manage 1 financial analyst

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).; or at least ten (10) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Financial Expertise: Deep understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, coupled with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and performance management tools like Hyperion or OneStream is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and present to C-suite executives effectively.
  • Analytical Strength: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities, complemented by creative and forward-looking thinking.
  • Leadership Qualities: Proven ability to manage competing priorities, inspire cross-functional collaboration, and maintain a strategic view while ensuring operational excellence.
  • Adaptability and Initiative: Demonstrated flexibility in a dynamic environment, with the drive and self-motivation to lead initiatives and deliver results.
  • Computer Skills: Knowledge of ERP systems, and accounting, database, manufacturing, project management, spreadsheet, word processing and email software.
