Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and maintain customer DIASYS Netmation training programs and support training of customer personnel as required.
- Coordinate with Controls Execution leads to maintain familiarity and proficiency on all field process, procedures, and Skill Level Matrix Database to ensure relevance and effectiveness of continued training program.
- Assure proficiency level of Controls Execution personnel by scheduling, coordinating, and assigning Controls Execution personnel for one-on-one and small group training sessions.
- Maintain training records and provide input to Skill Level Matrix Database.
- Support DIASYS Netmation familiarity training for internal MPSA work groups, such as Turbine Engineering Services, Tomoni Hub, and LTSA.
- Perform other such duties as may be required.

Knowledge, Skills, & Education
- Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from four-year college or university; or at least (5) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, engineering drawings, engineering specifications for material, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
- Computer Skills: Knowledge of database, project management, spreadsheet and word processing software, electronic mail, graphics, technical diagrams, flow charts, etc.
