Duties: Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures for turbo machinery components based on API 617. Establish quality benchmarks and standards in accordance with ISO, ASME regulations and customer requirements. Perform inspections dimensional inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and compressor package to ensure compliance with specifications and customer connection points per ITP requirements. Comprehensively perform receiving and in-process inspections on rotors, bearings, and compressor bundle. Perform Mechanical Run Test and Verification test for the compressors according to the API standards. Ensure vibration analysis reports are in compliance with the API and project specifications. Conduct and Perform Witness inspections of the compressor package according to the API, project, and customer specification standards. Oversee Factory Acceptance Test for auxiliary equipment such as Lube Oil Console, Electric Motor, Gearbox and other equipment according to the API, ASME, project and customer specification standards. Utilize non-destructive testing (NDT) Inspection techniques, including but not limited to, Non-Destructive Exams (PT, UT, MT, RT). Prepare detailed quality reports and documentation, including inspection records, test results, and non-conformance reports. Prepare and publish monthly and quarterly Cost of Quality reports, performance scorecards and business dashboards. Manage Calibration Program for all Measuring, Monitoring Testing Equipment & Devices. Manage gage design as required. Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions. Perform Data Analysis. Prepare, manage and track MCO-I Quality Objectives, KPI Reports and conduct management review using Microsoft and ERP tools. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of procured materials and components as per customer specifications. Conduct supplier audits and assessments to evaluate their quality systems and processes. Develop and maintain supplier quality agreements and specifications. Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency. Use Six Sigma, Lean, and other quality improvement methodologies to drive improvements. Train and mentor staff on QMS procedures, work instructions, process flow maps, and support the business to develop and update specific processes, forms, tools and template as required. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO, ASME) and regulatory requirements. Stay current with advancements in quality control technologies and methodologies. Ensure that all quality activities adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines.

Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree or the equivalent in Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field plus 3 years of experience in quality engineering.

Skills Required: Must have experience with: six sigma methodologies / techniques; Standards - API, ISO, QMS, ASME; Non-Destructive Examination;  Inspection Test Plan / Procedure development; NCR Reporting and CPAR implementation;  Process FMEA, Continuous Improvements, risk analysis;  Kaizen and Lean Methodology; Welding, Machining, Fabrication methods;  Computer Systems: ERP System - SAP, Plex, Epicor, Microsoft office, Modeling Software: Solidworks, AutoCAD; KPI Development and Tracking; and Machinery and equipment testing (such as FAT, run test, MRT, or hydro test).
