THE ROLE
We’re looking to strengthen the Sales department of Blast Furnaces within Upstream based out of the Stockton-on-Tees office. If you’re results driven, customer focused and looking for a new career path, this could be the opportunity for you. 

You’ll propose the sales strategy, to plan and manage the sales process, to lead the sales team, and to negotiate with the customer in order to win both major and small projects to meet the business segment O/I, CM and EBIT targets. Project values up to and including £100m.

 


MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Negotiate and win projects to meet the company's Order Intake, Contribution Margin and EBIT targets
•    Develop long term customer relationships leading to detailed knowledge of customer investment plans and real project prospect
•    Prepare sales strategies ensuring the appropriate proposal is made to the customer giving a high chance of success
•    Provide direction to the proposals and engineering teams ensuring that consistent and focused effort is being made in line with the Sales Strategy
•    Understand and work in accordance with company procedures ensuring compliance with the approved Limits of Authority
