  • Summary

 

As a Spare Parts Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the CSB Spare Parts team by coordinating, developing, and delivering high-quality support and proposals during the bidding and execution phases of OEM Spare Parts Business. This position will provide essential technical support during the inquiry-to-order and execution phases of turbomachinery service projects. This includes, but is not limited to, creating Bills of Materials (BOMs), specifications, and inspection procedures for assigned spare part supply projects.

 

 

 

  • Roles and Responsibilities
    • Foster an environment of teamwork, compliance, and continual improvement.
    • Adhere strictly to the Company's objectives, including Safety, Quality, Environmental, and Information Security.
    • Ensure compliance with departmental standard procedures.
    • Coordinate, develop, and deliver high-quality responses to commercial requests during the bidding phase in OEM Spare Parts Business.
    • Collaborate closely with internal departments to efficiently craft winning proposals.
    • Provide essential technical support during the inquiry-to-order and execution phases of turbomachinery service projects based on OEM turbomachinery.
    • Create Bills of Materials (BOMs), specifications, and inspection procedures for the spare parts business.
    • Proactively identify and address any potential delays internally and externally to prevent delivery slippage.
    • Assist in improving On-Time Delivery (OTD) through weekly follow-ups with the entire CSB organization.
    • Approve ASBOMs (Assembly Bills of Materials) and ensure their compliance with SOP-3-066-3093-WI.
    • Resolve any part delivery or lead time issues to prevent any impact on OTD.
    • Receive, resolve and close any Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) on assigned projects.
    • Contribute to team efforts by achieving team based related results as required.

  • Requirements
    • Relevant experience in the turbomachinery industry is essential.
    • Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Products (Word, Excel, etc.).
    • Familiarity with the fast-paced nature of petrochemical and oil & gas industries, and the ability to meet internal and customer schedule expectations.
    • Relevant Certifications.
    • Flexible and comfortable working in a changing environment and organization.

 

 

 

  • Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with SAP.
  • Knowledge of MCO (Manufacturing Change Order) products.
  • Strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Physical Demands
