Job Title: Technical Support Engineer, Air Conditioning
Division: Technical
Reporting to: General Manager & Manager
Position: Full-time
•Survey the market information for new products
-Visit exhibitions to investigate new products / market information and report
-Attend relevant seminars / meetings of products/sales support software
•Support new product development for European market
-Support European design development with MTH and sales team
•Promote MHI new refrigeration products
-Introduction of new products highlighting the features and the benefits
-Create presentations and enlighten the features and the benefits for customers / distributors
Develop & plan actions for existing and new MHIAE sales support software. (No software programming background needed).
- Benchmark competitors' products/ sales support software and make comparison
- Plan, Create sales tools specification.
- Collaborate with a software company to develops, troubleshoots and debugs sales support tools
Software Programs for software enhancements and new products.
Qualification:
Degree in Engineering or equivalent
Experience, knowledge and skills:
•Technical experience in refrigeration and/or air conditioning manufactures/distributors
•Experience / knowledge of sales support tools for air conditioner
•Knowledge in refrigeration cycle; VRF system; heat pump, commercial refrigeration system;
building management system; EU regulations / directives related to air conditioning / heat pump
/ refrigeration
•Strong interpersonal and communications skills
-Fluent written and verbal communication skills in the English language
-other European language(s) (French, German) desired but not essential
-Multi-tasking
-Prioritizing tasks
-Strong problem solving skills
•Understanding of customer requirements
•Advance knowledge in Microsoft (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Prepare and make presentation
-Analyse operation data of the products
Location:
- Stockley Park, Uxbridge.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday – 9am – 5pm (35 hours per week, 1 hour lunch break)
