MHI RJ offers you an opportunity to learn valuable skills as you build your career as an aviation mechanic. You’ll be working alongside aviation enthusiasts, performing general mechanical and electrical maintenance and complex repairs on aircraft structures and systems. This may include troubleshooting, installations and removals, and inspections on the CRJ aircraft. • To recap, you enjoy working on commercial aircraft, growing professionally and being part of a team passionate about CRJs.
• Possess an A&P license OR possess the “A” license OR are currently attending school to obtain an A&P license
• Passionate about aviation
• Comfortable with shift work (12 hours shifts, overnights, and weekends)
• You could obtain a Security Identification Display Area badge (SIDA), if applicable.
• You have basic PC (computer) skills…you’ve got this, you made it this far!

On June 1st, 2020, MHI acquired the CRJ Series Program, which marked the opening chapter of MHIRJ’s story.  Built on the solid foundations already in place, and with the strong support of the MHI group of companies, the MHIRJ team is committed to serving the regional aviation market and becoming a platform for growth in the industry. MHI RJ has the largest operating base of regional aircraft in the world with service centers situated in Bridgeport, WV and Tucson, AZ. Yes, we’re awesome!

What we do…in a nutshell

We partner with regional airlines (our customers) to provide safe and reliable aircraft services, which in turn allow our customers to connect people to their destinations. MHI RJ provides comprehensive operational, engineering and customer support solutions including maintenance, refurbishment, technical publications, marketing, and sales activities for the global regional aircraft industry. MHI RJ’s network of service centers, support offices and parts depots are positioned in important aviation hubs in the U.S., Canada, and Germany. Exciting, isn’t it?
